Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
Introduction
House of Westphalia Ltd is committed to the highest standards of business and ethical behaviour, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- We do not use child or forced labour
- We do not tolerate any form of unacceptable treatment of workers, including but not limited to:

- Physical punishment or abuse
- Involuntary servitude

Supply Chain Management
It is Company policy to only deal with reputable and third party accredited Suppliers and Service Providers. We expect all Suppliers and Service Providers to observe Human Rights, Employment Law, Health and Safety and not to engage in child or forced labour.
Modern Slavery
Modern Slavery is an abhorrent crime resulting in the abuse of human rights and vulnerable workers. It can take various forms including slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking.
- House of Westphalia Ltd. Has a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery.
- We are committed to acting ethically and fully compliant with all applicable laws in our business activities.
- We are committed to our obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
- This policy is communicated to ALL Suppliers.
Compliance
Employees are expected to comply with this and all House of Westphalia Ltd policies. Violation of this policy, or refusal to co-operate will result in Disciplinary Action, which may result in Dismissal and referral to the appropriate authorities.
Suppliers and Service Providers are expected not to engage in practices that might be considered Modern Slavery, and reserve the right to sever our relationship with any Supplier, Service Provider and Customer if they do so.
